Angela Trush is a Senior Estate Administrator located in Kelowna and is familiar with all aspects of bankruptcy and consumer proposal administration.
Angela has over 20 years of insolvency experience, all of which have been with BDO Canada. In that time, she has helped numerous individuals with their financial difficulties and provided financial counselling to help them get their finances back on track. She is able to make people feel at ease while dealing with very difficult and stressful financial situations.
Angela attended Okanagan University College and received a diploma in business administration with a focus on management. After that, she entered the Certified Management Accountant’s program, and received the designation of Associate Accounting Technologist (AAT). Continuing on, she successfully completed the Certified Management Accountant’s program and received her CMA designation in 1998. She has also completed the insolvency counselor’s qualification course and received her qualified counselor’s status. Angela has, on various occasions, attended numerous conferences including the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professional’s insolvency and restructuring forums in order to keep up-to-date on current issues facing the insolvency practice and to further her knowledge of the insolvency process.
Angela has one son and is involved with his various school activities. In addition, she serves as executive on the parent advisory council and volunteers at various events and field trips. She is also involved with his various other extra-curricular activities, including the Rutland Minor Baseball Association, and assisting with her son’s baseball team when needed.
